When making your appointment please inform me on any medical condition that I should be aware of. If you are pregnant please let me know and I will be happy to advise you on the best treatment suitable for you. Some treatment may require a patch test done at least 24 hours before, this will be advised when booking.

Late arrivals 

Should you arrive late for your treatment I will do my best to honour your full treatment time however should it be necessary I may have to shorten for the consideration of other clients.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment I kindly ask you do this within 24 hours before your appointment or regrettably 30% of the treatment cost will be charge over the phone or to your next appointmeant, this also stands for no shows.

 

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are a great idea for a gift for your loved ones, they are available to purchase via phone, email or feel free to pop in to the salon and I will be happy to help.  You will have the option of a digital or a beautiful presented card.
